1. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during busy seasons. Last-minute orders may be accepted depending on availability, but rush fees could apply.
2. Is delivery included in the price?
Yes! We offer free delivery within 30 miles of Forney, TX. For anything beyond that, there is a $1 per mile fee. We’ll confirm the total during your final booking call.
3. Do I need to set anything up myself?
Nope — we handle all the setup for you! Some displays arrive pre-assembled, while others are assembled on-site, depending on the design. Either way, we’ve got it covered — you just tell us where to place it!
4. What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Outdoor setups are weather-sensitive. If bad weather is expected, we recommend having a backup indoor location ready. Once the setup is complete, we are not responsible for weather-related damage.
5. How long will the balloons last?
Indoor displays can last up to 5–7 days or longer with proper care. Outdoor displays can last several hours depending on heat, wind, and sun exposure.
6. Can I customize the colors or theme?
Absolutely! We’ll work with you to match your event’s theme or aesthetic. Have inspo photos? Send them our way!
7. Do you pick up the setup after the event?
Most balloon displays that we are offering at the moment are yours to keep and do not require pickup. If you’re renting backdrops, stands, or custom props, we’ll coordinate pickup details during booking.
8. What’s included in an all-in-one setup?
Our all-in-one packages typically includes an arch or custom printed backdrop, organic balloon garland, and setup.
9. What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Retainers are non-refundable, but you can reschedule once (based on availability) with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations less than 48 hours before your event are non-refundable.
10. How do I book?
