Welcome to The Bruna Balloon! By placing an order, scheduling a delivery, or browsing our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • Orders must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance.

  • A non-refundable retainer (50%) is required to secure your date.

  • Final payment is due 24 hours prior to delivery/setup.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or invoice link.

2. Delivery & Setup

  • Free delivery is included within 30 miles of Forney, TX.

  • A $1/mile fee applies beyond 30 miles.

  • Client must ensure setup area is clear, level, and accessible at the time of arrival.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • All retainers are non-refundable.

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

  • Reschedules are allowed (once) with at least 3 days’ notice, based on availability.

4. Weather Policy

  • Outdoor events are at your own risk. We are not responsible for weather-related damage once setup is complete.

  • We recommend having a backup indoor option for outdoor installs.

5. Balloon Care

  • Balloons are sensitive to heat, wind, sharp objects, and sunlight.

  • We use high-quality materials, but do not guarantee longevity after delivery.

6. Liability

  • The Bruna Balloon is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by improper handling after delivery.

  • Please keep balloons away from children under 8 years old due to choking hazards.
